La Burrata was born from a simple yet profound belief: that the best food comes from the heart. Our journey began with a master pizzaiolo who brought decades of Italian culinary wisdom from the cobblestone streets of Italy to the vibrant city of Tbilisi.

Every morning, our kitchen comes alive with the preparation of fresh dough, hand-pulled mozzarella, and our signature burrata cheese.
